Quore – Laboratorio del Cibo, an innovative Ancona-based venture founded in 2022 by entrepreneurs with over thirty years of experience in gastronomy, is setting off on a delicious journey to showcase the food and wine specialties of the Marche and the Conero with the original series “From the Vineyard to the Table.”
In synergy with Criluma Travel Agency and with the support of the Marche Region, Quore has curated a program that accompanies enthusiasts and newcomers alike in discovering the area’s culinary riches, offering tastings that go beyond a simple sample. The aim is to reveal not only traditional flavors, but also the stories of local producers who enhance the region with their unique creations.

Tasting in Camerano: Guided tour of the historic Caves (5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.), followed by a menu celebrating Offagna-style porchetta, paired with artisanal bread, olive all’ascolana, mini pizzas and crescia, all accompanied by beer from Birrificio San Germano. Price: €15.

Dinner at Vigna degli Estensi: Vineyard welcome (8:00 p.m.) with Brut Rosé, followed by a menu featuring fish olive ascolane, salted cod mousse, varolo spinacino, crescia with stracciatella and anchovy, risotto with mantis shrimp and clams, and roasted octopus. Wines: Koris Marche Fiano IGT and Soteria Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Superiore. Dessert: chocolate tartlet. Price: €45.
