The Centro Papa Giovanni XXIII of Ancona, founded in 1997 thanks to the vision of Don Giancarlo Sbarbati, has long been a cornerstone of the Doric community, offering opportunities for inclusion and growth to young people with disabilities. Among its most successful initiatives is Fricchiò, the Solidarity Catering project that recently earned first place on the renowned review platform TripAdvisor.
