On July 16, starting at 8:00 p.m., Via Montebello 11 in Castelfidardo will welcome Quei Dò, a new restaurant born from the love and passion of two young dreamers — for both cuisine and life together.
The name Quei Dò, meaning “Those Two” in the Marche dialect, tells the story of a young couple in love, in the kitchen and in life, who decided to bring to life a dream that had been waiting too long in a drawer.
At the heart of the project lies sharing — the key value that defines the restaurant’s philosophy and its cuisine, signed by Chef Lorenzo Zappi and his wife Dafne Pespani.
Together, they revive ancient local recipes, carefully selecting ingredients to bring authentic regional flavors to the table, alongside creative and unexpected twists.
Enhancing the concept is a dynamic wine list, designed to surprise guests with every visit.
Special attention is given to small wineries and lesser-known labels, for an unconventional food and wine journey through the Marche.
“Those who wish to rediscover the traditional Marche cuisine — both from the countryside and the sea — with a fresh perspective will find warmth, authenticity, and hospitality at Quei Dò,”
says Chef Lorenzo Zappi.
