This summer, the Fortress of Offagna will be the evocative setting of a new initiative that combines culture and gastronomy.
Every Tuesday and Wednesday, from June to September, visitors will have the chance to take part in Apericena at the Fortress — an experience designed to blend historical discovery with immersive culinary delight.
The evening begins at 7:00 p.m. with a guided tour of the Rocca, allowing participants to explore the ancient halls and fortifications of the medieval castle, uncovering the stories and events that have shaped it over the centuries.
The historical narration will accompany guests on a journey through time, deepening their understanding of the monument’s cultural significance and its connection to Marche’s rich heritage.
At the end of the visit, the Ristorante Bar Dalle Donzelle will serve a carefully curated apericena inside the fortress. The menu includes a first course, a cold second course, a side dish, and a glass of wine selected to enhance the flavors of the evening.
This initiative is ideal for those seeking a relaxing and convivial experience, enjoying the warmth of summer evenings in a truly exclusive setting.
The cost is €20 per person, with a reduced rate of €10 for children aged 4 to 10. Children under 3 years old participate for free.
Reservations are required and can be made by contacting the Offagna Museum Center via email at info@polomusealeoffagna.it or by phone at 392 1302383.
Apericena at the Fortress offers a new way to experience Offagna — combining the discovery of local heritage with the pleasure of good food.
An invitation extended to both visitors and residents alike, to share moments of culture, taste, and history in a setting of timeless charm.
