The Proloco of Polverigi presents the 42nd edition of the Polenta Festival, held from October 17 to 19 at the Teatro della Luna. Now a fixture in the Marche autumn calendar, the event offers a simple yet effective program: traditional cuisine, conviviality, and live music.
Polenta, the undisputed star, is served in various versions, all rooted in Marche culinary tradition. Dishes are prepared by volunteers from the Proloco and local associations, who work every year to offer an authentic and well-organized experience. Dinner is served on Friday and Saturday from 7:00 PM, and on Sunday both lunch at 12:00 PM and dinner from 6:30 PM.
The atmosphere is typical of village festivals: shared tables, aromas from the kitchen, and live music to accompany the evenings. This year’s entertainment includes local bands and guest performers with popular and danceable repertoires.
The Teatro della Luna, venue of the event, is a functional and welcoming space, suitable for hosting both kitchens and guests. The structure ensures smooth crowd management and comfort even during peak hours.
The Polenta Festival is not just about good food—it’s a chance to reconnect, to experience the town, and to take part in an event that brings together generations. It’s a celebration of tradition and simplicity, where every detail—from the dishes to the seating—is designed to make everyone feel part of the community.
