How was born the butcher ‘Centro Carni Villa Musone’?
The butcher was created by my parents: they were the ones to start this butcher specialized in providing meat of the Marche and products of our land. Since 2004, I took over with my wife and today we are accompanied on this adventure by our sons Raffaele and Peter, in addition to a staff of valuable employees.
What are the characteristics of your business?
The ‘Centro Carni Villa Musone’ is a great butcher specialized in products of our land: meats, cold cuts and cheeses that represent our region, the Marche, to which we are deeply linked. Every week we also propose new recipes for those looking for high quality preparations ... made with the heart.
Our strong point is definitely the passion and expertise in the selection and processing of meat: customers need to know what they eat!
Many of our customers come from Loreto and the neighboring cities, but we also serve some tourists on vacation in the Conero Riviera, in search of typical products of the Marche.
We are also present in Ancona with a butcher-restaurant, ‘Qualità è Amore’, the first steakhouse in the Marche region. Here you can buy directly at the counter, or you can sit and enjoy a good meal, accompanied by an excellent Rosso Conero wine, in a modern and sophisticated ambient.
